The room upgrade we received was fantastic! The staff, including Najma and Kamela, were so sweet and super helpful, providing top-notch service. The pool was inviting, and the water temp was just right for a relaxing swim; the caring staff checked in to make sure we were sorted. Just a minor inconvenience - had to trek down the corridor to refill the water bottle, but didn't dampen our overall amazing experience. Can't wait to stay again! 🌟

I had an amazing stay with a stunning view from my room. the breakfast was the highlight, setting a perfect start to my day. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again! the rooms were even better in person than in photos.

We were so close to all the cool stuff in Dubai - the Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, and the Downtown Boulevard. The hotel was like our home base, and it made getting around super easy. Plus, the staff were really chill and made us feel welcome.

The only thing missing was an awesome rooftop party area where we could hang out with other young peeps and have a blast after a day of exploring the city.

This place is located in a really great spot, with lots of mini shops within reach for quick bites and in a developing area. The staff's customer service is fantastic from cleaning service who made our stay extra special to the staff who provided us with welcome drinks and tours/ticket assistance. The hotel offers so many amenities, with in-room tea and coffee facilities and an outdoor swimming pool being just a few of the many great offerings. The staff's attentiveness and good service is the reason for the high rating.

I chose this hotel for attending a trade show because it's the only hotel located at the heart of Bay Square, in Business Bay at the Canal side, just west of Downtown Dubai. The hotel's convenient location in Bay Square, just a 3-5 minutes drive from any office in Business Bay, made it easy for me to reach the trade show and nearby business meetings.

The one service that I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated business center within the hotel.

The restaurant "Le Petit Belge" had delicious food and exceptional staff. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit Dubai without the hustle and bustle. We will definitely return on our next trip to Dubai.

Loved the vibe at the Republic bar, great terrace. Plenty of food options with international and Middle Eastern cuisine. Late check-out was a bonus. Rediscovered India through delicious vegan and meat dishes. Hilton Garden Inn had fantastic service and amenities. Kids eat free!
